Return and Exchange Policy
Each of our products is distinctive and slightly different from the others because traditional artisans in rural India handcraft them.  

   

Because handcrafted goods do not exhibit consistent uniformity like those produced by machines, an irregular weave, print, or stitch should not be interpreted as a defect. When it comes to uniformity, handloom, by definition, denotes a glorious unpredictability.  Despite these factors, we at Fashion stand by the caliber of our products. We offer exchange, return, and refund options (for product categories that qualify) if you are unhappy with your purchase.  

   

The return, exchange, and refund policies listed below apply to purchases made through our official website (www.thefashioncarts.com). They do not apply to purchases made at any other third-party platforms. Within 30 days after delivery, Thefashioncarts welcomes exchanges, returns, and refunds for purchases that were paid in full (non-discounted/non-SALE).  

   

Only if there is a manufacturing problem, as established following a comprehensive Quality Check process, or if the item(s) received deviates from its description are items purchased from this exclusion list considered for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Within 30 days of the delivery date, you can contact us by phone or email at metrilogicenterprises@gmail.com to request an exchange, return, or refund.  Please contact customer service or send us an email within 48 hours of delivery if any of the supplied item(s) are discovered to be damaged, missing, or have any manufacturing defects.  

   

The item mentioned above may only be exchanged or returned if the following requirements are met:  

The item(s) has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged and is returned in a saleable condition with barcode and MRP Tags intact.    
 

Thefashioncarts reserves the right to decide whether the item(s) seems worn, washed, altered, or has post-purchase damage.  

   

Reverse Pick-Up Policy  

   

Our Reverse Pick-Up policy is simple, hassle-free, and convenient for our customers. Our customers are valued at the point of sale and during the returns and refund process. Our policy is designed to simplify the process, save time, and make you feel confident about placing an order.  

 

1. Please include your order number in the subject line to help us process your returns or exchanges more quickly.    
2. Please pack all returned items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.  

3. We will pick up the item(s) within seven business days of receiving your request.  

4. We will process your return/exchange request once we receive the item(s)  

5. We will dispatch your new order within 3-5 business days after receiving the earlier shipment if you exchange your order.  

6. Some pin codes are not accessible for reverse pick-up; in these cases, customers will need to return the item(s) to us. The reverse shipping address will remain the same per the original invoice.  

7. No refund will be given if the package is lost in transit and the customer self-shipped the item(s).  

8. Reverse pick is not available outside of India.  

9. When a wrong product is delivered, or manufacturing defects occur, the customer must dispatch (self-ship) the product to Thefashioncarts.  

   

Claiming Refunds  

   

Credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or PayPal can be used:    
 

1. Your credit card/account would have already been charged when you made the purchase and authorized the payment, so that we will refund you in the original payment method.  

2. Once we have successfully initiated a refund, banks generally take 5-7 business days to process it.  

3. A refund will not be issued if the package is lost in transit and the customer self-shipped the item(s).
